About the programme

Within our Global Supply Chain (GSC) business, we manufacture and supply reliable, high-quality medicines and vaccines to meet patients’ needs and drive our performance. Our network of 37 medicines and vaccines manufacturing sites delivered 1.7 billion packs of medicines and 409 million vaccine doses in 2024 to help make a positive impact on the health of millions of people. Our supply chain is vital to bringing our innovations to patients quickly, efficiently and effectively. Technology is transforming how we manufacture medicines and vaccines, enabling us to increase the speed, quality and scale of product supply. We aim to harness smart manufacturing technologies including robotics, digital solutions and artificial intelligence to deliver for patients.

GSK’s Global Supply Chain (GSC) Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to delivering medicines and vaccines to people worldwide. This two-year programme is designed to prepare you for future technical, operational and engineering roles within GSK’s Global Supply Chain (GSC) within your chosen discipline.

• Digital Data & Analytics (DDA) Objective: Each rotation has a DDA focus, reflecting GSK’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, helping you advance pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

We are seeking highly motivated graduates who are eager to grow into future operational and technical roles within GSC. These roles in Poland involve working within our Regional Supply Chain Hub & External Manufacturing teams.

What will you do?

• Data-Driven Performance: Drive supply chain performance using cutting-edge digital data and analytics. Make informed decisions that optimize our operations and enhance efficiency.
• Supply Chain Synergy: Discover how manufacturing, quality functions, technical services, and supply chain work together. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Diverse Experience: Explore external manufacturing, manufacturing artwork readiness, production planning, logistics, inventory control, and customer service.
• Global Impact: Learn about global logistics management, cross-border compliance, and supply chain security to ensure our products reach those who need them, wherever they are.
• New Product Introduction: Help set up GSKs supply chain for new product launches, ensuring seamless integration from production planning to inventory control.
• Customer Excellence: Deliver first-class service, collaborating with both internal and external customers.
• Cross-Functional Insights: Discover how manufacturing, quality, technical services, and the supply chain work together to get products to our patients at the end of our supply chain.
• Industry Challenges: Understand the complexities and challenges of working in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement strategies within inventory, distribution, warehousing, and supply and demand planning. Your ideas will help us stay ahead in a competitive market.
• Business Acumen: Develop business and process understanding while learning about the challenges of supply chain planning and production in a regulated environment.
