Supply Base Compliance (SBC) Specialist - Product Stewardship
BD is seeking a detail‑oriented Supplier Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our European Shared Service Center (EUSSC). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring BDs supply chain meets global regulatory requirements by collecting, validating, and managing supplier data related to material composition and chemical content.

Key Responsibilities (SBC)
- Collect material composition, chemical content, and regulatory information from BD suppliers
- Validate data collected against updated regulatory lists
- Maintain and manage collected data within internal databases
- Report data to key stakeholders

Your Experience
- Experience in a Shared Service Centre organization combined with a customer‑facing environment is an additional asset
- Proficient command of English language required (written and spoken)
- Strong customer focus: ability to collaborate with individuals from different backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem‑solving and team‑player skills
- Good analytical skills, including the ability to interpret master data structures as they relate to product manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP or equivalent ERP working knowledge will be an additional asset
- University degree level required (minimum bachelor’s degree); a degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Environmental Protection, Business or related technical discipline will be considered a plus
