Supply and Inventory Planner

Your responsibilities

Drive FG planning for Global S&OP (quarterly), Site S&OP (monthly) and site S&OE (weekly)
Align plans with relevant stakeholders
Analyze and estimate inventory impact of different cases
Follow up and act on performance of relevant KPIs, e.g. OTIF, SLOB, DOH, Surplus stock value
FG inventory planning NW Europe
Support local planning in the NW distribution network to efficiently manage local inventory
Act as super user for inventory planning system (SLIM4)
Coordinate and drive performance review meetings in the network
FG inventory planning for Trelleborg FG WH
Drive the inventory management process in set cycles; stock policy reviews (quarterly) and stock parameter updates (monthly). This also includes reoccurring reviews of stock policies (to stock or not to stock a material) and deeper analyses regarding e.g. feedback on batch sizes to production.
Monitor and adjust inventory parameters, e.g. safety stock, re-ordering points, as well at securing correct master data and develop the process continuously
Analyze and give input on sales scenarios, ad hoc cases, etc. with an impact on finished goods inventory
Monitor and act on shelf life requirements securing out of shelf life materials are not available for picking in FG warehouse
Manage disposal process for finished goods
Calculate, compile & follow-up inventory related KPIs for all stock points in the NW network

Our requirements

University degree in engineering (MSc) or equal, focusing on Supply Chain and/or Production/Network planning
Min 5 years work experience in supply chain in multi-echelon networks with internal production, ideally in FMCG industry or similar high speed, high requirement environment
Experience from production and/or inventory planning
Previous roles with multitude of interfaces in the daily work is favorable
High level English written and spoken
ERP experience, excellent skills in Excel
Experience in following up KPI performance
High level of comfort working in various IT systems
Availability to travel once/twice per month for 1-2 days at a time within Europe
Strong drive, communication and cooperation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Deep knowledge in supply chain dynamics
Patient and curious team player
