For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:
Numer referencyjny: ARIA/05/2025
Miejsce pracy: Bełchatów
Your responsibilities:
Reviewing and handling order confirmations
Processing purchase orders using the Jaggaer system
Tracking delivery progress and taking actions to expedite shipments
Coordinating delivery schedules directly with suppliers
Investigating and resolving blocked invoice issues
Keeping supplier information up to date in internal systems
Communicating daily with suppliers and the client
What we expect:
- Good command of German and English (min. B2/C1 level)
1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, or Customer Service is nice to have
Solid Excel skills
Customer orientation and a proactive mindset
Ability to handle multitasking and ad-hoc tasks
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Teamwork spirit
SAP knowledge is a plus
