Secure a stable flow of components with the right quality level for production. This role directly supports all manufacturing divisions, with strongest focus on hydraulics and powertrain, where improving supplier collaboration and stabilizing component quality are the top priorities.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities

  • Daily support for production operations in the area of supplied components.
  • Close cooperation with suppliers, clear prioritization, corrective actions, transparent communication.
  • Managing components throughout the process: location, planning, quality status and complaint coordination.
  • Full supplier complaint ownership, including:
    • initiating and reporting non-conformities,
    • driving CAPA,
    • verifying 8D reports,
    • cost recovery (transport, rework, losses),
    • closing cases.
  • Preventive actions to avoid recurring quality issues.
  • Monitoring and presenting loss generated by poor quality of components.
  • Ensuring correct material handling: returns, replacements, scrap, transfers.
  • Component checks using visual methods and measurement tools.
  • Cooperation across divisions regarding hydraulics & powertrain categories.
  • Improving collaboration and quality performance with key suppliers.
  • Supporting production flow by maintaining component availability and preventing risks.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

  • You operate independently, fully familiar with our components, processes and suppliers.
  • Quality and collaboration with Hydrospecma and other key vendors clearly improves.
  • Fewer complaints thanks to solid preventive work and effective CAPA.
  • Production sees fewer disruptions related to incoming parts.
  • You are the go-to person for suppliers and internal teams: responsive, structured, reliable.

Education & Experience

  • Experience in the production industry — required.
  • Experience in quality (production quality, SQE, SDE etc.) - minimum 1 year.
  • Technical education or ongoing technical studies (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills and business‑oriented approach with suppliers.
  • English at B2.
  • Stress resistance, ability to work in a fast operational tempo.
  • Technical drawings knowledge.
  • Familiarity with quality tools (8D, CAPA, FMEA, other).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong collaboration.

Nice to have

  • SEP certification.
  • VT 1/2.

Location

Stargard - hybrid model (3 office / 2 remote or 2 office / 3 remote).
