Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with PR/R procedures for issue resolution, using structured problem-solving techniques and tools
• Utilize standardized supplier quality systems and tools to address supplier-related issues and promote continuous improvement
• Support seamless product launches and facilitate the transition of part responsibility from SDE to SQE
• Act as a key contact between procurement, engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and provide technical guidance
• Engage in cross-functional plant teams (e.g., change management, continuous improvement initiatives)
• Conduct assessments of supplier manufacturing capabilities and develop improvement plans where needed
• Assist in managing supplier-initiated changes
• Lead annual audits for assigned suppliers

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or supplier quality roles
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Experience in facilitation, coaching, and training
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and application diagrams
