Responsibilities
- Advise on increasing the quality of products and drive suggestions to improve manufacturing processes.
- Provide support of manufacturing processes, procurement departments in management of issues related to product conformance.
- Support development of relationships with suppliers, act as a liaison between them and company representatives.
- Create reports and databases as required of provider information to help ensure the company works with the highest-quality vendors.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience working in a microelectronics manufacturing environment.
- Foster supportive and respectful environment for internal and external customers.
- Promote open lines of communication within the organisation.
- Demonstrate flexibility in performing tasks and other duties required.
- Demonstrate technical understanding of product and process.
- Team player that can positively influence the team.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Accurate record keeping using in-house tools and solutions.
- Knowledge of electronic components and technical drawings.
- Communicative knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge of Polish.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in using SAP software will be an advantage.
- Experience and/or qualification supplier auditing ISO9001 Standard.
