We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager who will join our team in Szczecin. This key role is vital in ensuring that supplier quality meets our company standards and exceeds customer expectations. The position blends technical expertise with strategic leadership, overseeing a team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs). As the manager, you will provide mentorship, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative environment to enhance the quality of products and services from our suppliers. Responsibilities span key areas such as Quality Control, Supplier Management, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and Risk Management.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing a team of Supplier Quality Assurance Engineers, to ensure top performance.
• Developing best practices for Supplier Quality Assurance and secure adherence amongst our suppliers.
• Supporting continuous improvement from the team by encouraging changing proposals to current procurement processes and their implementation.
• Working with suppliers to develop quality improvement plans and ensuring their implementation.
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with suppliers.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the role of a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
• Knowledge of statistics, quality control, manufacturing processes, and project management is essential.
• 5 years of management experience of Supplier Quality Team.
• In-depth knowledge about ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
• ISO 13485 Certified Lead Auditor.
• Establishing and maintaining SOP’s and WI’s related to Supplier Quality.
• Experience in working with Standard Quality Tools.
• Fluent English.
