ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Bulten Fasteners ABs suppliers quality contact/representative for the Bulten group
• Visit and audit suppliers to assess their systems and process compliance to Bulten requirements and report on findings
• Work with suppliers to set improvement plans to achieve compliance to Bulten requirements
• Support the suppliers in their efforts to achieve goals, improve systems and ensure the quality and performance of supplied product and service.
• Support necessary measures taken for arisen problems within the Bulten supplier base, such as issues with deliveries, quality/environment, process breakdowns and other acute problems.
• Give technical support to suppliers
• Manage the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues working with suppliers to facilitate root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions using analytical and quality tools
• Support suppliers to provide accurate on time PPAP documentation for new or amended product
• Perform internal audits within the Bulten group, such as ISO / IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
• Independently determine the approach to assigned tasks
• Write reports and present at internal and external meetings

• Degree level education - Technical University degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
• Able to travel, also on short notice
• Substantial experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Substantial experience in quality assurance Engineering/ Management
• ISO 9001 internal audit certified
• Be able to demonstrate 2nd party audit competence in line with IATF 16949 requirements
• Strong working knowledge of IS0 9001 and IATF 16949
• Understanding and appreciation of IS0 14001
• Knowledge of measurement techniques
• Core tools qualified APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA
• Understanding of costs and financial impacts
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specification
• Influential with confidence in presenting proposals to achieve required results
• Strong problem solving skills using analytical and quality tools
