Supervisor - Quality Control

Your responsibilities

• Managing Team of Group Leaders and Inspectors
• Manage product inspection and release activities directly or through inspectors,
• Apply quality criteria,
• Handling of raw material and finished product,
• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) in all aspects of the Quality audit function,
• Support in the review and solution of problems related to the process,
• Development of Visual Aids,
• Participation in Internal audits (Previous training),
• Make reports of Quality metrics,
• Participate in improvement projects and problem solving,
• Teamwork, must be able to interact well with colleagues,
• Ability to perform in a leadership role and manage people effectively,
• Ability to define and analyze problems, collect information, establish facts and define valid conclusions,
• Follow-up to the Headcount required per shift, according to the demand of Production,
• Monitoring compliance with Safety and Environment standards,
• Compliance and verification of the 5 S's program,
• Ensures compliance with standard Work Audits,
• Support for compliance with the operational results (KPI’s) of the organization,
• Ensures compliance with the training of Quality personnel,
• Scale Non-conformities found in the process that affect the Quality and / or Safety and Environment System.
• Prepares statistical graphics for analysis, interpretation and proposes solutions to problems that affect the quality of the product, processes and delivery to Clients,
• Other responsibilities may be assigned,

Our requirements

• +2 years of Professional career in manufacturing
• Good Knowledge of Standards and Objectives of ISO 13485 nice to have
• Previous / verifiable experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor
• Problem solving techniques (5 why's, PDCA)
• Management of Statistical Tools and Quality Methods
• Practical knowledge of problem solving tools
• Experience in generating and monitoring Corrective and / or Preventive Actions preferably.
• MS-Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) nice to have
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Assertive communication
• Goal achieving focus
• Bachelor/Master degree in engineering/chemistry/quality nice to have.
• Native Polish and basic English language nice to have.
