Flex Wind specializes in wind turbine installation, maintenance, and blade repair across Europe, the Americas, and Africa. With nearly 200 technicians, we’re expanding rapidly and seeking experienced Supervisors to lead our teams in delivering top-quality installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage schedules, daily meetings, and technician development.
• Project Coordination: Oversee project progress and coordinate daily on-site operations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues to maintain timelines and quality.
• Reporting: Manage documentation and client reports.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years as a Wind Turbine Technician and prior leadership experience.
• Knowledge: Expertise in Nordex or Vestas turbines.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
