For our client, an international bank, we are looking for a Supervisor to lead a small team supporting bank loan servicing within mutual funds. The role focusses on operational quality, controls, reconciliations, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination.
What You’ll Do - Lead and organize daily/monthly team work; ensure SLA/KPI delivery
- Oversee cash/position reconciliations and loan lifecycle processes (settlements, funding, interest, paydowns, amendments)
- Resolve complex breaks and lead root‑cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cutoffs, and internal controls
- Oversee period‑end close, variance reviews, and certifications
- Prepare KPI/KRI reports and operational dashboards
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management, NAV Ops, Custody, Loan Admin, Compliance, and Technology
- Coach and develop team members; support hiring and onboarding
- Drive process improvements and automation (Excel, Power tools)
What We’re Looking For - 3-5 years in fund accounting or investment operations, incl. 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, NAV, and bank loan mechanics
- Advanced reconciliation skills and break resolution expertise
- High Excel proficiency; Power Query/Power BI/VBA a plus
- Experience with accounting/loan systems (Solvas preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision‑making
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/CPA a plus
