We are searcing for an experienced senior Identity and access management professional to join the Nordea Identity IQ development team as a Subject matter expert (SME). Ie. not a developer but a professional having deep understanding of Sailpoint Identity IQ technology.

Localization / work mode: Gdynia – 2 days per week from the office

Start: ASAP/ 1 month

Your responsibilities

• Working as part of an Agile team to further expand the coverage and functionality of the Sailpoint IIQ.
• Driving meetings with stakeholders in order to implement various enhancement initiatives.
• Capturing and documenting requirements for development purposes.
• Writing user stories and creating other process & functionality related documents.
• Testing the developed features and verifying & monitoring the deliverables in production.
• Contributing to increase the maturity of IAM offering at our Client.

Our requirements

• Experience with Sailpoint IIQ and utilizing its' features and functionalities.
• Understanding and experience of applying centralized IGA, preferably Sailpoint IIQ to the cloud, eg. AWS, Entra ID and Google.
• IAM process knowledge, eg. Identity life-cycle, SoD, Certifications, Access request related processes.
• Understanding of IAM good practices and principles.
• Experience in working as part of an Agile team.
• Testing experience.
• Fluent English language.
• Can work independently and have a strong drive with can-do attitude.
• Are able to collaborate and negotiate when working with various stakeholders.
• Have attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Are experienced in summarizing, drawing conclusions and documenting.
• Any other than Sailpoint IIQ experience can be of benefit.
