K-Designers - Subcontractor Needed

Sign on BONUS of up to $2000

Job Type: Contract 1099

Potential pay range: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

We are seeking quality Sub-Contractors to help us grow & install our Windows, Vinyl Siding, Walk-In Tubs and Showers! Apply TODAY!!

When we meet with you we will be going over our pay rates, travel requirements and work load availability! STEADY SHIPMENTS (3-5 weeks) Submit your paperwork & RESERVE JOBS NOW!! Warehouse based in our local location (there will be some travel requirements).

Responsibilities

• Experience in several types of siding INCLUDING Composite/Vinyl siding + experience installing windows is a PLUS
• Experience in exterior doors
• Walk-in tubs and Showers
• Communicate with project manager and clients
• Finish work orders in a timely manner/not leave jobs standing still
• The more products you can install, the busier we can keep you!

Qualifications

• Proof of liability insurance
• California State Contractor License/CALB REQUIRED
• 3 years of vinyl siding installation experience (Required)
• Valid Driver’s license
• Truck and tools
• MUST be well equipped to transport materials
