Subco Coordinator/Planner with English

Recruitment for

For our Client we are looking for candidates for the position of SubCo Coordinator.

The Subco coordinator will work closely with the solid planners and subcontractor local teams to ensure the execution of the plan.

Closely collaborate with solid planners for implementation of the subco planning
Proactively share with the solid planners the available capacities at the subcontractor for the coming weeks and months
Declare all flows in SAP, control and validate subcontractors stocks, invoices
Ensure inventories at subcontractors and supervise all other activities related to internal control (Incl. inventory count)
Ensure availability of RM at subcontractors to execute plan and schedule
Coordinate transports to choco entities and from choco sites to subco
Follow-up with subco’s on execution and adherence to plan

Bachelor degree
Fluent English
2 to 3 years experience in subco management, supply planning, purchasing, inventory management or logistics
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience with SAP
