Overview

The Structured Solutions and Mobility Team specializes in Loans, Leasing, and Structured Solutions. Its Middle Office is a cross-location team that oversees the deal life cycle management by supporting closing phases, managing loan and lease events, handling SPV, subsidiary treasury functions, and reporting. Analysts ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring risk-weighted assets and performing first-level controls. Warsaw will become a new point on the SSM Team’s map as we build a brand-new team collaborating with Paris-based colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in deals’ pre-closing, closing and post-closing phases in collaboration with the closing team
  • Managing all components of lease invoicing and payments
  • Managing leases/loans-related flows, treasury of subsidiaries and SPVs
  • Managing other events related to the life cycle of the loans/leases
  • Monitoring Risk Weighted Asset for the deals in portfolio
  • Monitoring some administrative tasks related to the deals (covenants, lease registrations, powers, ...)
  • Reporting (internally and externally)
  • Updating and creating departmental procedures

Qualifications

  • You have worked in a back/middle office in a bank or as an accountant in an industry related to mobility (ideally previous experience with leasing)
  • You understand accounting principles
  • You are a skilled Excel user (pivot tables)
  • You speak English very well (French is a big plus)
  • You enjoy learning and using new technologies (such as AI)
  • You like collaborating with others to achieve a common goal
  • You are interested in complex financial structure and eager to deepen your knowledge
