Role Overview

We’re building something exciting in Kraków — a new Integrated Delivery Center (IDC) focused on delivering world-class Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CS&A) engineering solutions. Were looking for passionate Structural Engineers. This is your chance to work on some of the world’s most exciting nuclear and energy projects; from Small and Advanced Modular Reactor technologies to renewable energy and high‑energy industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking and Reviewing Work – Take responsibility for the rigorous checking and verification of structural designs, calculations, and analysis to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Structural Analysis and Design – Perform detailed structural analysis, utilising software tools and methods to assess various load conditions and structural behaviours.
  • Design Package Delivery – Development and detailing of structural designs, including specific tasks like steel frame connection development, ensuring high standards of documentation and quality.
  • Quality and Safety Focus – Contribute to a strong culture of quality control, safety in design, and operational excellence across all deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in structural analysis, with a proven ability to apply relevant codes and standards.
  • Experience in checking and validating structural designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Proven capability in delivering detailed design packages, including steel frame connections and other structural detailing tasks in both concrete and steel.
  • Degree in Structural Engineering, with a solid understanding of structural theory and design principles.
  • Knowledge of BIM platforms such as STAAD, TEKLA, Robot Structural Analysis, and other relevant tools.
