Job Description

Boeing Poland is currently seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer to join the team located in Rzeszow, Poland.

Profile Description:

  1. Performs/checks detailed structural analysis (static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance) to determine structural integrity (margins of safety). This analysis supports responses to customer inquiries, service bulletin development, failure investigation, and regulatory agency coordination to show compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Documents structural analyses and data required to show compliance with Boeing, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Leads resolution of technical, operational, and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer.
  4. Develops new technical approaches to solve the problems.
  5. Verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performance.
  6. Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.

Position Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  2. 4+ years of work experience as a structural analysis engineer in the aviation or related fields (calculation of loads, static, fatigue, corrosion and damage-tolerance analyses, materials strength, material characteristics, repair techniques).
  3. Experience to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize findings, develop conclusions.
  4. Able to work collaboratively with a multi-functional team and work flexible hours to meet the business needs.
  5. Readiness to provide weekend/holiday support when needed.
  6. Readiness for business trips – up to 25% of working time.
  7. Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English.
  8. Existing right to work in Poland.

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
