My client is one of the largest international financial institutions, operating in over 60 countries around the world. They offer a wide range of services, including corporate banking, retail banking, investment banking and wealth management. The aim is to support clients in managing their finances and growing their business globally, while promoting sustainability and social responsibility. The company is known for the innovative approach to risk management and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in financial risk management – experience in Treasury or Treasury Risk Management, understanding cross-functional dependencies and the impact of risk at both strategic and operational levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills – extensive experience in applying analytical techniques in a dynamic environment, with the ability to make decisions and solve complex problems.
• Change management and stakeholder collaboration – ability to work with global teams, effectively manage changes, and collaborate with key stakeholders at senior management level.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate or post-graduate degree in relevant numerate subject.
• (Qualifications in accounting and/or finance is beneficial)
• Extensive experience of using multiple analysis techniques in a change environment
• Communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
