Responsibilities
- Participation in the development of corporate strategy and functional strategies (e.g., strategies for business lines, sales, marketing, operations, fleet, digitalization).
- Structuring business problems, preparing development scenarios, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including business case preparation, as well as supporting financial model development.
- Data collection, including market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Developing strategic and operational recommendations for the Management Board and other stakeholders.
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of strategic and operational projects (including scope, timeline, and budget).
- Monitoring progress of the project portfolio, reporting KPIs and risks.
- Cooperation with business teams and facilitation of communication among various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
- Identifying implementation barriers, mitigating risks, and recommending solutions.
- Preparing status updates, analyses, and management presentations.
- Operational support: preparation of project documentation, meeting organization, and minute-taking.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in strategic project management or advisory roles (e.g., strategy consulting, PMO, corporate strategy, value creation).
- Strong analytical skills, ability to structure problems, and synthesize clear conclusions.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution and translate concepts into concrete actions.
- Experience leading projects in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment; flexibility.
- Very good command of MS Office tools (at least Excel and PowerPoint).
- English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
- Professionalism, positive attitude, and effective communication skills.
- Independence, accountability, and results‑oriented mindset.
