Strategy Manager (GN)

Accenture Poland is hiring a Strategy Manager (GN) to join our Strategy Practice and partner with global cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions for leading organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Strategy Practice, participating in Corporate Strategy & Growth, Cost & Profitability Reinvention, Operating Model & Organization Design, Transaction Advisory, and Sustainability teams.
  • Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver strategies that transform businesses across Industries including Resources, Products, H&PS, Financial Services, and CMT.
  • Lead end‑to‑end strategic engagements – from problem framing and analysis to solution design and implementation.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations that influence senior executive decisions, unlocking new growth, efficiency, and resilience opportunities.
  • Shape growth and market strategies, including new business entry, product launches, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead cost transformation and profitability initiatives, identifying savings that can be reinvested into innovation and growth.
  • Support transaction and M&A projects, from commercial due diligence to post‑merger integration planning.
  • Design and optimize operating models and organizational structures to make clients more agile, efficient, and resilient.
  • Apply digital tools and AI solutions to uncover opportunities and accelerate decision‑making.
  • Create high‑impact deliverables such as C‑suite presentations, strategic roadmaps, and action‑oriented playbooks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, economics, engineering, or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or industry roles.
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to transform data into concise recommendations.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects or workstreams and deliver quality outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks, consulting methodologies, and digital/AI‑enabled approaches.
  • Collaborative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in multicultural, cross‑border teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are highly valued.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on client sites as required.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with digital tools, AI/ML solutions, or advanced analytics applied in business strategy.
  • International project experience or exposure to global cross‑border initiatives.
  • Strong storytelling skills that turn data into compelling narratives.
