Strategy Consultant (GN) – Life Sciences
Accenture Poland is looking for a Strategy Consultant (GN) – Life Sciences (LS) to work in our Strategy Practice and help shape the future of leading organizations in the Life Sciences industry.
The Work
- Join our Strategy Practice as part of Industry Strategy – Life Sciences (LS) and play a key role in shaping the future of leading organizations.
- Work side by side with global, cross‑functional teams to design and deliver strategies that transform businesses and drive real impact for our clients from the LS industry.
- Advise clients on a diversified set of strategic topics in R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Operations, etc., while working end‑to‑end from strategy development to implementation.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to discover key insights and findings relevant to client projects.
- Lead qualitative (e.g. KOL interviews) and quantitative analysis (claims and patient data, financial data, financial modeling, sales projections, etc.) during client engagements.
- Synthesize the insights from the analyses, develop strategic recommendations, and create action plans to implement them.
- Develop and produce high‑quality client deliverables including presentations, reports, workshops and key‑finding summaries.
- Support senior team members in business development efforts, including writing proposals.
- Develop commercial capability assets, such as white papers, industry reports, POVs and thought‑capital pieces for publication.
- Create high‑impact deliverables such as C‑suite presentations, strategic roadmaps and action‑oriented playbooks.
Priority Skill
- Strategy consulting experience in Industry Strategy – Life Sciences (LS); preferred experience in Corporate Strategy & Growth, Cost & Profitability Reinvention, Operating Model & Organization Design, Transaction Advisory (M&A) or Sustainability.
What You’ll Need
- A strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, business, economics, engineering or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles.
- Deep understanding of how Life Sciences/Healthcare clients operate, including end‑to‑end product life‑cycle management.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear recommendations.
- Curiosity and drive to work across different strategy topics – growth, operating models, cost transformation, transactions, industry‑specific challenges or sustainability.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or workstreams, delivering high‑quality outcomes under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with strategy frameworks, consulting methodologies, and digital/AI‑enabled approaches to solving business challenges.
- A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, thriving in multicultural and cross‑border teams.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); German and other European languages are highly valued.
- Flexibility to travel and work on client sites when needed.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with digital tools, AI/ML solutions, or advanced analytics applied in business strategy.
- International experience or exposure to global, cross‑border projects.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn data into compelling client narratives.
