Responsibilities

  • Join our Strategy practice as part of the Cost & Profitability Reinvention team and play a key role in shaping the future of leading organizations.
  • Work with global clients across industries to redesign cost structures, optimize end-to-end value chains, and improve capital deployment.
  • Drive profitability and productivity interventions at strategic and operational levels, often engaging with C-suite executives to reconfigure performance models.
  • Lead or support enterprise reinvention initiatives by applying C&PR principles, driving structural cost resets, SG&A optimization, and AI-enabled operating model redesign.
  • Formulate growth and transformation strategies using diagnostics, benchmarking, and advanced analytics; contribute to M&A efforts including due diligence and post-merger integration.
  • Embed digital, automation, and AI-driven tools into transformation roadmaps, including data visualization, predictive analytics, and decision augmentation.
  • Address sustainability-linked cost transformation by integrating ESG, circularity, and climate impact metrics into business cases and transformation design.
  • Collaborate in multinational, interdisciplinary teams, co-developing client-facing strategies and building Accenture’s intellectual capital and reusable assets.
  • Structure and deliver executive-level presentations, communicating strategic recommendations, insights, and implementation pathways.
  • Contribute to internal innovation and solution development in cost reinvention assets, methods, and capability building.
  • Build and manage client relationships, providing relevant insights and experience related to business strategy development.
  • Create high-impact deliverables such as C-suite presentations, strategic roadmaps, and action-oriented playbooks.

What You’ll Need

  • A strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles. In selected cases, the target role or level may be adjusted based on experience and skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Curiosity and drive to work across different strategy topics, including growth, operating models, cost transformation, transactions, or sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects or workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks, consulting methodologies, and digital/AI-enabled approaches to business challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills; able to thrive in multicultural and cross-border teams.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) required; German and other European languages are valued.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on client sites as needed.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Familiarity with digital tools, AI/ML solutions, or advanced analytics in business strategy.
  • International experience or exposure to global, cross-border projects.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to turn data into compelling client narratives.
