???? Responsibilities
Craft global and local data-driven e-commerce strategies for leading FMCG brands across channels (E-retail, Marketplaces, DTC, Social).
Design scalable global frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks to empower multiple markets.
Translate data, research, and insights into clear, compelling, client-ready deliverables.
Bridge commerce, content, and media to drive stronger brand performance.
Collaborate with Client Service, Creative, UX, Research, and other cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Track consumer and category trends, proactively proposing new e-commerce solutions.
Identify new opportunities, and support business development by aligning client business goals with innovative digital commerce solutions.
Present strategic deliverables and project outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
???? Requirements
2+ years of experience in a strategy role (agency experience preferred), with background in e-commerce, digital or both.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital ecosystems, including how content, brand, and communication drive performance.
Proven ability to connect data, research, and observations into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills; comfortable leading client meetings.
Proficiency in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Curiosity, openness to learn and eagerness to bring fresh perspectives.
Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Good time management and independent work-planning.
