In this role, you’ll design and implement innovative HR Target Operating Models that bring together people, processes, and technology. Using leading tools like Orgvue and BusinessOptix, you’ll drive efficiency, enable digital transformation, and deliver sustainable change. If you’re passionate about solving complex challenges and creating real impact, this is your opportunity to make it happen.## **YOUR TASKS*** **Organizational Assessment**: Analyze structures, processes, and workforce using data-driven tools (Orgvue, Revelio Labs) to identify transformation opportunities.* **Global Process Design**: Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimization with BusinessOptix; standardize and harmonize processes across regions.* **Operating Model Design**: Develop Target Operating Models aligned with client strategy; model scenarios (rightsizing, rightshoring) and build business cases for transformation.* **Technology Integration**: Embed advanced analytics, AI, and digital accelerators into operating model design; ensure data integrity and compliance.* **Stakeholder Engagement**: Facilitate workshops, align leadership on objectives, and monitor progress against transformation goals.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Proven experience in operating model design, business transformation, or management consulting in HR field.* Hands-on experience with global process design and process modeling tools.* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, workforce modeling, and scenario planning.* Familiarity with transformation methodologies and digital tools.* Understanding of AI-driven transformation, digital twin concepts, and process optimization.* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.* **Practical benefits:** yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.* **Access to over 70 training tracks** with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
