As a Strategy & Planning Manager for Region East Europe consisting of 21 countries, you will drive Customer Activation & Marketing’s success by overseeing strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and fuel growth. Using your expertise in brand, media, channel planning, and loyalty programs, you’ll ensure all marketing activities adhere to the global strategy while also being relevant to regional specifics.

To be successful as a Strategy & Planning Manager, you must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively sharing marketing plans and results with stakeholders. A strategic thinker, you naturally align marketing initiatives with broader business goals, driving cohesive and impactful outcomes. You lead with confidence, inspiring your team while fostering a collaborative, positive work environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized, you manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely, high-quality results across all efforts.
What you need to succeed:
This is a full-time position based on one-year local contract, located in Warsaw, Poland. Strategy & Planning Manager reports to Regional Head of Customer Activation and Marketing and is a part of Customer Activation and Marketing Department.
