About the Role

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support demand planning and inventory management through forecasting and modeling.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
• Assist in the implementation of supply chain systems and tools.
• Monitor supplier performance and support vendor evaluation processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SAP ERP system.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Very good command of both English and Polish.
