Overview

Strategic Project Management, Corporate Strategy at Agoda. This role involves leading and contributing to a select number of strategic projects, working with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive initiatives forward.

The Opportunity

You will plan, coordinate, and drive the execution of key initiatives, set clear project objectives, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope. You will work closely with senior executives to manage group-wide projects, develop insights on markets and competitive trends, and disseminate knowledge to inform key decisions. You will help leaders run Agoda by clarifying accountability and monitoring critical success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee strategic projects to ensure initiatives are executed on time and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate with multiple teams across departments.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks to stay aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the development and deployment of tools and processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a central point of contact between departments and commercial functions, including other Booking Holdings brands.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams; keep stakeholders informed throughout project lifecycles.
  • Track and analyze performance against key metrics; provide regular updates and actionable insights to collaborators and leadership.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership detailing progress, challenges, and outcomes.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm or in a tech company (project/program manager role).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Excitement to join a dynamic and innovative team within Agoda, with strong growth prospects.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of SQL/Tableau or willingness to learn.

Location

Based in Bangkok, Thailand. Relocation support will be provided.
