Tasks:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for interior, exterior, and electronics commodities aligned with project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery conditions
• Manage supplier relationships to foster long-term partnerships and continuous improvement
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and innovative sourcing opportunities
• Monitor and analyze market trends to anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in all procurement activities
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting for transparency and audit purposes

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic procurement, specifically within the interior, exterior, and electronics sectors
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent analytical and market research capabilities
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and compliance standards
• Technical understanding of commodities related to interior, exterior, and electronic components
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are advantageous
