Strategic Program Lead (SPL) for Pastry Automation will lead a key strategic automation program within Mondelēz Supply Chain. These will be large, complex automation projects (over 25 projects with > $50MM Capex) within the Mondelez Supply chain organization, affecting multiple plants and countries.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Be “First person responsible” of the program deliverables
• Lead the program on a day-to-day basis
• Be the key contact for Project Leads and ensure efficient communication
• Follow key project and portfolio management principles
• Track and report timelines and budget phasing
• Ensure following internal project management guides by the teams accordingly
• Explain key roles & responsibilities to project team members
• Ensure that experts get involved at the right point in time in the project
• Actively seek and mitigate risks
• Provide regular project updates and communications
• Manage scope change control
• Oversee compliance & audit processes (quality / health check management)
• Establish framework & methodology for communication and document management

What you will bring

• SPL or / and Engineering experience is essential
• Managing supply network experience
• Experience with Program lead roles is a strong advantage.
