For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sourcing projects: from scope definition and clarification, through sourcing execution, to contract management and reporting.
Prepare and execute RFx processes, including the use of eSourcing solutions.
Lead negotiations, discuss contract terms, document savings, and prepare regular reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including cross-functional teams in Engineering, Finance, and Logistics, depending on project needs.
Ensure full compliance with globally defined procurement policies and documentation.
Deliver against key procurement KPIs/SLA targets (savings, payment term negotiations, delivery terms, etc.).
Monitor risks, delays, and supplier-related issues within assigned markets or categories.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and new sourcing initiatives.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of professional experience in Sourcing & Procurement, with a strong focus on strategic projects (CAPEX, equipment, spare parts, maintenance/MRO).
Proficiency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
University degree (Bachelor's or higher).
Hands-on experience managing eSourcing projects across categories.
Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, build business cases, and execute sourcing processes with a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) approach.
Practical experience working in an ERP environment.
Knowledge of RFx/eSourcing tools and leading procurement platforms.
Experience working within a matrix organization would be an advantage.
Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week in the Łódź office or surrounding area) or remote work from anywhere in Poland.
