Location: Warsaw

Working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Working hours: 11AM - 7PM

The Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) Analyst will support Strategic Operations and Program/Project management for Enterprise Data Governance. Strong communication, critical thinking, and a “can-do” attitude are essential. The environment is dynamic, fast‑paced, and requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to pivot across multiple tasks.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
• Four to six years of applicable experience

Core Duties

• Assist with design, implementation and maintenance of enabling processes
• Change management process implementation and on‑going coordination across all disciplines
• Consolidated Operational and Metrics reporting
• Documentation repository maintenance
• Centralized communications
• Training materials / processes development and implementation
• Program Management
• SharePoint Administration and maintenance
• Participate in dedicated projects and/or activities to evolve EDG Capabilities and implement related processes

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means theres an in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
