The Strategic IT Sourcer will develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to specific candidate personas, leveraging market intelligence and sourcing innovation to attract top IT talent. This role supports our fintech client’s growth by ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals who align with our values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute persona-based sourcing strategies for IT roles.
• Use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Reddit, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates.
• Create candidate personas including motivations, goals, and tech preferences.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Ensure a personalized and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts.
• Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with IT roles and tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS).
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Empathy and adaptability in candidate interactions.
• Strategic thinking and innovation in sourcing methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sourcing or headhunting, preferably in fintech or tech startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in sourcing or recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional, Social Talent, etc.).
• Fluence in written and oral English (C1), additional languages are a plus.
