Your role in the team

As a Procurement Manager in the IT sector, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement of IT hardware.

Your responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement Management
• Develop purchasing strategies for required IT hardware
• Long‑term demand forecasting and planning
• Project planning and support
• Supplier Management
• Build and maintain a strategic supplier network
• Conduct benchmarking and market analyses for client projects
• Evaluate suppliers and their offers based on price, innovation potential, and quality
• Contract Management
• Understand and review framework agreements and manage SLAs (Service Level Agreements) as the basis for planning device fleets across departments
• Manage supply chain risks
• Conduct price negotiations for new and existing client business
• Cost and Performance Optimization
• Analyze and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Oversee IT lifecycle management in collaboration with the IT department
• Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain reporting and documentation standards for both internal and external use

What we expect from you

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Several years of experience in IT procurement, ideally with IT smart devices (configured workplaces)
• Strong affinity for IT and technical expertise
• Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
