This role is pivotal in driving organizational transformation, enhancing workforce capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture.As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will lead strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives, support long-term growth, and promote employee development. You will also play a key role in deploying global HR projects and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.**Key Responsibilities**Strategic Alignment & Transformation* Design and implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational effectiveness.* Lead complex, cross-functional HR projects and own end-to-end HR processes for assigned functions.* Drive change management initiatives to support transformation and cultural evolution.* Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.Talent & Performance Management* Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy talent development and total rewards programs.* Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, coaching, and evaluations.* Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.* Employee Engagement & Relations* Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions to influence and drive positive change.* Champion employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted programs.* Resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.HR Operations & Analytics* Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.* Align HR activities with business strategy while enhancing employee experience.* Contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes, systems, and tools.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 8–10 years of experience in strategic HR roles, ideally within a global matrixed organization in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.* Proven success in leading HR transformations and influencing senior stakeholders.* Strong consulting, communication, and analytical skills.* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.**What We Offer**Competitive Pay and Benefits* We believe in recognizing talent and commitment with a rewards package that stands out.Collaborative Team Environment* Join a diverse and dynamic workplace where teamwork is at the heart of all we do.
