Role Overview

Whether you are based in Warsaw, anywhere in Poland, or anywhere in the EU, you will take on a strategic leadership role overseeing project and programme portfolios, driving long‑term client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of delivery quality across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall programme and project delivery at a strategic level.
• Manage senior client relationships, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long‑term partnership.
• Oversee contract execution, commercial aspects, and key decision‑making.
• Guide consulting teams and provide direction on priorities and delivery approaches.
• Represent Addendum in high‑level discussions and steering committees.
• Bring deep domain insight while focusing primarily on strategic and relationship management.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA/MSc).
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English at C1‑C2 level.
• One of the following certifications: PMI or Change Management (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in the organisations’ business domain and proven leadership in complex engagements.
• Strong background in programme oversight, client management, and contract handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate confidently at executive and multi‑stakeholder levels.
