ABOUT THE ROLE

Whether youre in Warsaw, anywhere in Poland, or anywhere in the EU, you’ll take on a strategic leadership role overseeing project and programme portfolios, driving long‑term client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of delivery quality across engagements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Leading overall programme and project delivery at a strategic level.
• Managing senior client relationships, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long‑term partnership.
• Overseeing contract execution, commercial aspects, and key decision‑making.
• Guiding consulting teams and providing direction on priorities and delivery approaches.
• Representing Addendum in high‑level discussions and steering committees.
• Bringing deep domain insight while focusing primarily on strategic and relationship management.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Masters degree (MBA/MSc).
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English at C1-C2.
• One of the following certifications: PMI or Change Management (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in the organisations business domain and proven leadership in complex engagements.
• Strong background in programme oversight, client management, and contract handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate confidently at executive and multi‑stakeholder levels.
