ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Develop and execute procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiate terms to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery conditions

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and resolving issues proactively

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs and support production schedules

Manage procurement documentation, contracts, and compliance in accordance with company policies and legal standards

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new suppliers, and innovative sourcing options

Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency

Ensure timely procurement of materials, adhering to quality standards and budget constraints

WYMAGANIA:

Proven experience as a Strategic Buyer or in a similar procurement role within direct or indirect categories

Fluent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum B2)

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective supplier relationships

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess supplier performance and market conditions

Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and legal compliance

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
