Strategic Business Change Senior Manager (Product Management - Reporting) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Oversee documentation of detailed lending data attributes required support the creation of required reporting; Oversee completion of gap analysis to data sources to identify trusted data sources in support of creation of required reporting; Ensure agreement through relevant business and technology governance of design solutions for sourcing of required lending data items that are not currently sourced, leveraging knowledge of the Lending process; Deliver agreed solutions for sourcing of required lending data items and ensure adoption; Lead a team of subject matter experts on Lending and Sustainability data to validate the design of the Wholesale Data Refinery data assets that will house this data and structure for onwards use. Our requirements Experienced in leading a team to successfully deliver technical and process driven solutions for data capture in Agile methodology; Robust understanding ofCredit and Lending processes and experience working in that area; Able to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritising and reconciling competing demands and resolving complex issues; A proven ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders in multiple teams across the business including senior leadership, exhibiting strong diplomacy skills; To be flexible and adaptable in an environment of constantly changing priorities, challenging bureaucracy and staying true to the values and strategy of the Group; Able to take ownership of deliverables and achieving desired outcome within agreed timescales; Possess excellent communication skills, problem solving ability, being highly proactive and independent; Have a proven track record as an outstanding business analyst and / or consultant with multi-year experience within the Financial Sector and with a focus on Wholesale Banking.
