We are looking for an experienced STP Team Leader to support the development, standardization, and operational excellence of our Source‑to‑Pay processes. This role combines people leadership, process ownership, and hands‑on operational support within a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the daily work of the team, including task allocation, performance oversight, and ongoing coaching (team size: approx. 12 employees).
  • Support the process transformation of the STP function, including the transition and stabilization of activities within the team.
  • Develop, document, and maintain global process standards
  • Provide operational support in T&E and AP, including invoice posting, travel expense processing, and soft‑collection activities.
  • Monitor payment deadlines, assess risks, and ensure timely execution of financial obligations.
  • Resolve discrepancies, manage escalations, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee GR/IR monitoring and support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
  • Prepare data for tax declarations and support financial reporting.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and efficiency projects.
  • Create and update process documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Represent the team in interactions with other departments and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Experience & Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AP/STP/T&E department and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of STP processes.
  • Experience in transitions is not required but will be considered a strong advantage.
  • High level of independence and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement.
  • Good knowledge of SAP ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
  • Experience in a Business Services / Shared Services environment is nice to have.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
