StP Accountant with Hungarian

Your key responsibilities:

• Timely processing of accounting documents related to liabilities, including employee settlements.
• Responding to inquiries from internal and external suppliers.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Managing supplier accounts and balance reconciliations, seeking opportunities to close open items.
• Accurate and timely execution of activities related to period-end closings.
• Analysing P2P processes; identifying opportunities and proposing improvements and standardisations.
• Adhering to accounting principles, group accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
• Supporting effective relationships with process participants, partners, and the team.
• Participating in internal training to gain extensive knowledge of P2P processes.
• Delivering services in accordance with SLA and business requirements.
• Actively contributing to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other documents supporting P2P process documentation.
• Supporting partnership with the local unit, providing data necessary for management.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting/finance with knowledge of the P2P process.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and Hungarian (minimum B2).
• Experience working with ERP systems, especially with knowledge of SAP 4 Cloud or SAP ECC.
• Practical accounting knowledge based on experience.
• Communication and collaboration abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in transitioning processes from or to another location/business unit.
