Stores Analysis Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with Operations, Stores, and Marketing teams across assigned markets
  • Maintain continuous communication with stores and visit stores/DCs to gain first-hand operational and performance insights
  • Analyze local and regional customer behavior, seasonality, cultural and demographic patterns
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Monitor weekly and monthly performance (sales, forecast, stock) and identify deviations from plans
  • Create clear, actionable reports combining quantitative and qualitative store insights
  • Support store clustering and regional analysis by identifying similarities and differences across markets
  • Translate store and operational insights into recommendations for Head Office teams (Merchandising, Allocation, Space Planning)
  • Share best practices and key findings with other Store Analysis Specialists

Our requirements

  • Higher education degree, preferably in Merchandise Planning or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar retail role
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and market dynamics
  • High level of English
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel across markets
