Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 40-45 employees, including motivating, training, and supporting them in their daily tasks.
- Achieving sales targets and monitoring performance based on KPIs.
- Organizing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and overseeing deliveries.
- Ensuring attractive and brand-compliant product displays.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that arise.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members while providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Analyzing sales results and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proven experience in a management role within fashion retail or large-scale stores
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and customer service standards.
- Experience working with sales plans and KPIs.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
