We are looking for a responsible and motivated Store Manager to run our first second-hand clothing retail store in Gdańsk, Poland. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. The position reports directly to the company’s shareholder and offers opportunities for long-term growth as we expand in Poland.
This is a full-time role for someone with hands-on experience in the second-hand or retail fashion sector and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of store operations (sales, cash handling, cleanliness, stock rotation)
• Lead and supervise store staff (1–3 people)
• Ensure proper display, labeling, and pricing of second-hand goods
• Communicate directly with ownership on store performance, challenges, and stock needs
• Maintain visual standards and ensure high customer service
• Handle basic reporting (daily turnover, stock levels, issues)
• Organize store opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene rules
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in retail — experience in second-hand clothing is mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Fluent in Polish (mandatory)
• Good command of English or Russian (Ukrainian is a plus)
• Confident with basic Excel or POS systems
• Gross monthly salary: €2,000 – €3,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance-based bonus
