Job Description
The Store Experience Manager will oversee the performance of an individual store, ensuring excellent customer experience that drives sales and profitability.
- Offer a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
- Analyze selling information and take responsibility for store sales performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service.
- Lead recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters is carried out well.
- Identify future talents and put together development plans to support their progression.
- Oversee store operations.
- Create a great place to work.

What You Need to Succeed
Knowledge
- Good understanding of KPIs/selling reports, budgeting turnover, and workforce hours.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
- Understanding of store operation routines (delivery, stock, inventory, etc.).
- Communicative level of Polish and English languages.
- Good knowledge of best practice in employee relations.
