The Role
We are looking for a Store Development Manager who will lead the physical expansion and ongoing improvement of the brand’s retail network. This includes planning and managing new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments, as well as maintaining high standards across all retail locations.
The person in this role will work closely with retail, project, and marketing teams, as well as with landlords, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Store Development department (project coordinators, architects, purchasing)
- Evaluate and select new retail locations in line with the company’s strategy
- Plan, coordinate, and execute store openings, relocations, and refurbishments
- Oversee the full project cycle from design to completion
- Prepare budgets and investment cases, monitor timelines and costs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards
- Cooperate with Retail, Marketing, and Planning teams to ensure smooth openings
- Conduct post-opening evaluations and implement improvements
- Manage maintenance and repair activities for existing stores
- Maintain relationships with contractors, construction teams, and suppliers
- Source new furniture and store equipment suppliers in Poland, Europe, and Asia
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in managing retail development projects (ideally in fashion, lingerie, or premium retail)
- Strong understanding of the retail real estate market and commercial lease terms
- Knowledge of construction and store design processes
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Category B driving license and readiness to travel frequently
