We are looking for an experienced Storage Engineer to join a technology-driven team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and highly available storage solutions.

The project focuses on ensuring performance, reliability, and security of data storage platforms across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments. You will work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams to support business-critical systems and data-intensive workloads.

Storage Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade storage solutions (block, file, object)
• Administer and optimize storage platforms in on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments
• Ensure high availability, data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, and utilization; perform capacity planning
• Automate storage provisioning and management processes
• Troubleshoot storage-related incidents and performance issues
• Collaborate with DevOps, Backend, Security, and Architecture teams
• Participate in architecture design and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and operational standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a Storage Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong knowledge of storage technologies:
• SAN, NAS, Object Storage
• RAID, replication, snapshots, backup & recovery
• Hands-on experience with at least one major storage platform (e.g. enterprise or open-source)
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, iSCSI, Fibre Channel)
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues
• Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery architectures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
