• Resolve incidents and problems affecting the operations and availability of high-profile production Storage and Backup platforms, embracing challenges as opportunities to thrive on continuous advancement in incident management.

• Influence standards methods and best practices for large-scale enterprise systems, guiding systems engineers in formulating requirements and conducting feasibility studies while demonstrating a passion for personal development in mentorship.

Wymagania

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), complemented by strong interpersonal skills.

• Administration and support experience in HPE storage and backup solutions:

  • HP 3PAR,

  • HPE StoreOnce,

  • HPE StoreEver,

  • Microfocus Data Protector.

• Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and execution with an experience with SAN (Brocade, Cisco).

• Ability to support infrastructure on on-call duty.
