• 5+ years of experience in storage and backup administration
• Hands-on expertise with NetApp, Oracle Exadata, and Commvault
• Knowledge of on-prem and Azure environments
• Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., OnCommand, OEM)
• Solid understanding of data protection and disaster recovery
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bonus: Relevant certifications (NCDA, Commvault, Oracle, Azure)
