THE WORK:

  • Attend client meetings and workshops to understand requirements and challenges, demonstrating a commitment to constant progress in delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to develop innovative solutions and create design documentation, showcasing a passion for personal development through adherence to industry standards.
  • Resolve incidents affecting high-profile production Storage and Backup platforms, utilizing a proactive approach to skill enhancement and continuous improvement in incident response processes.
  • Integrate alerts with incident management tools, ensuring service availability and scalability while being motivated to embrace new opportunities for optimization.
  • Guide systems engineers in formulating requirements and conducting feasibility studies, fostering an environment of insatiable curiosity for improvement and growth.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements:

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Administration and support experience of Dell PowerScale (Isilon).
  • Experience in backup technology.
  • Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
  • SAN (Brocade, Cisco) knowledge/experience.
  • Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Good English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and in co-operation with other teams and third parties.
  • Ability to support infrastructure on on-call duty.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
